Personalized Property assessments include checklists of risk criteria, suggested fuels removal, and rating of the individual’s home and property regarding defensible space needs. It will be up to the homeowner to decide what compliance measures are acceptable to them.
**You are not required to do any work. The assessment will give you the information that you need if you decide to protect your home from the next wildfire.
